Exceptional host who truly cares about guests.
The steep stairs leading to the room could be a safety concern.

We had a remarkable stay at this charming spot. The location was peaceful, making it ideal for relaxing after our days exploring Cornwall's coast. We particularly loved visiting Dairyland Farm World with our teenage kids. it was a total hit for all of us!
My kids wished there were more family-friendly activities nearby.

Our stay at Orchard Manor was fantastic! Nigel, the host, is so welcoming and friendly. The double room we had was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, with a lovely balcony to enjoy breathtaking views. It's a great base for exploring Cornwall, close to many attractions. The breakfast was wonderful, especially the hearty fry-up. Nigel really knows how to make his guests feel at home!

During my recent stay at Orchard Manor for business, I experienced exceptional hospitality. Upon arrival, the fresh milk for coffee was a thoughtful touch, and the cold beer in the fridge was a welcome surprise after a long drive. The room was spacious, clean, and featured stunning countryside views from the balcony. Breakfast was impressive, and the host, Nigel, was friendly and attentive, even giving me a tour of the suites before I left.

The room was clean and modern, with a cozy feel. Loved the balcony view over the countryside—perfect for evening drinks. The bed was comfortable, but the curtains could be thicker for better sleep. Had everything I needed, good Wi-Fi, TV, and nice bathroom facilities. it felt like a nice escape in a quiet village.

I enjoyed a lovely one-night stay where I was greeted warmly and found my room spotlessly clean with stunning country views from the balcony. The sun terrace was a nice spot to relax, and I liked having tea and coffee facilities in the room. the stairs were quite steep, so just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues. 😊

missingWrote a review on Jul 27stunning viewsfresh milkcramped space
The views from the balcony were impressive, overlooking lush countryside that creates a peaceful atmosphere for relaxation. Having fresh milk provided for coffee was a welcome touch after a long drive, enhancing the overall experience.
The room was cramped, leaving little space to manage luggage comfortably, and the unconventional drop-down TV setup above the bed felt odd. The steep stairs leading up to the room seemed perilous and wouldn't pass safety codes in many places. While the breakfast was decent, the requirement to specify orders the night before felt a bit limiting. Unfortunately, the chilly weather kept us from using the balcony, which seemed like a missed opportunity.

Awesome countryside escape
Had a fab night staying here! The host was super friendly and made me feel right at home. The room was clean with nice views from the balcony. Enjoyed a great breakfast too, with lots of options. Only wish I could’ve had a bit more privacy in the room setup. But honestly, the place was really comfy and chill overall.
